Lakamye
This is an extremely brief synopsis:
Lakamye is a SOV language, with three "genders". If there is no verb (S O ), then S = O.

Nouns
Most nouns end with -a, -o or -w, depending on its gender.
Always begin with consonants.

Gender:
There are three genders,
(A)Person/sentient being,
(O)plant/inanimate-object/mind process/intrinsic property/growth,
(W)animal/stranger/unknown-gender/thing/cycles.
Gender comes into play mostly in word creation; since gender
doesn't have to match modifiers or verbs.
However, when a noun changes to a verb, its' gender may change:

fma ---> one who interacts/corresponds.
fmo ---> the correspondence, the message
fmodel ---> to correspond.
This is because "fwa" is a person ( or at least capable of acting like one),
but the correspondence( "fmw" ) itself is an idea.

traglslsa ---> joyful greeter
troglslso--> joyful greeting
troglslsodel ---> to joyfully greet
Traglslsa is a person (A), troglslso is an idea (O).

Mixing Genders is possible, but extremely unusual.

Number
Lakamye uses noun suffixes to specify number:
galb (no suffix)---> 1 friend	(no suffix)
galbfa ---> 2 friends		( -fa)
galbla ---> 3 friends		( -la)
galbpaka ---> 4+ friends		( -paka)
galbdla ---> All friends ( -dla)
galbdima ---> uncertain # friends	( -dima)

Pronouns
If in the subject:
Ya = I
da = you
ka = s/he ( I'll use xe )
toa = (O)plant/inanimate-object/mind process/intrinsic property/growth
twa = (W)animal/stranger/unknown-gender/thing/cycles.

If in the object:
Yaod = I
daod = you
kaod = xe
tad = both ( O ) and ( W )

The prefixes d' and dad' mean this and that, respectively.

Modifiers, like Adjectives and Adverbs!
Come after the words they modify.
To create, add the prefix to a noun:
galb ---> friend n.
ogalb --> friendly, in a friendly manner adj.
sosgalb ---> unfriendly, (mean and nasty) adj.
dosgalb ---> friendly, but more so (friendlier) adj.
losgalb ---> friendly, but less so adj.

Verbs
Verbs go at the end of phrases, before their modifiers.
To make a verb, add the suffix -del to a noun
The words' vowels may change depending on the meaning.
Example of verb:
galba (friend) becomes galbadel (befriend, act friendly )

Tenses
Tense is found in the prefix of the subject of the verb:

Past:
Simple Past: (prefix: pe- )
peta Yaod galbdel ---> You befriended me.
Past Perfect: (prefix: dop- )
dopta Yaod galbdel ---> You had befriended me.
Past "Would"( prefix: wde- )
Past "Should"( prefix: sode- )
Past "Could"( prefix: kdode- )

Present:
Simple Present: (no prefix)
ta Yaod galbdel. ---> You befriend me.
Present Perfect: (prefix: dwr- )
dwrta Yaod galbdel. ---> You have befriended me.
Present Perfect Continuous ( prefix: kdon- )
kdonta Yaod galbdel. ---> You have been befriending me.
Present "Would"( prefix: ada- )
Present "Should"( prefix: sada- )
Present "Could"( prefix: kdada- )

Future:
Simple Future: ( prefix: fide- )
fideta Yaod ---> You will befriend me.
Future Perfect: ( prefix: dfon- )
dfon-ta Yaod galbdel. ---> You will have befriended me.
Future "Would"( prefix: wlde- )
Future "Should"( prefix: slde- )
Future "Could"( prefix: kdlde- )

Conjunctions
In order to show the relationships AND, OR and NEITHER, use suffixes 'mal, 'sol, and 'yal, repsectively.
For example:
X'al Y'al ---> both X AND Y
X'sol Y'sol ---> X OR Y
X'yal Y'yal ---> NEITHER X or Y
X'al Y'al Z'sol --> (X AND Y ) OR Z
Certain combinations don't make sense, like X'al Y'yal, because you can't both X and Y and neither at the same time.
This can be used rhetorically, however, but few, if any, will understand this sort of rhetoric.

Cases
Genitive Case:
Shows possesion
suffix: -dad
glaba Yadad taod glabdel ---> friend of mine befriends you.

Comitative Case:
Suffix: -lab
Ya taodlab fmodel. ---> I correspond with you.
