He further told me that he deposited the money in my
name, and also gave me all the necessary but legal documents to this fund with the bank.
I am just 21 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do. Now I want an account overseas where I can transfer this funds and after the transaction I will come and reside permanently in your country till such a time that it will be convinient for me to return back home if I so desire.

I don't think things are going good on my end. The bank refuses to produce proper identification so I'm about ready to tell them they are tits out of luck. They want me to send $1,000 which I will providing they show me adequate proof of whom they are. I will not accept anything other than a personal photo with shown date and proper code. This is how the United States military is doing it. I read it on Yahoo last week.
I'm trying to get pastor Dick to look for another bank that will work with me on this. I think he will. He seems like a good Dick pastor. I'm leaving on Friday for a week or a few days.
