My twin sister is suffering for m a kidney disease. the doctor diagonised that the kidney has been infected so needs to be removed, he lamented that he kidney disease has done so much damage to her and need to be removed within 2 months time or else she might lose her life.she is the only one i have for now and can't afford to lose her.
i lost my father when i was at the age of four, my mum being a hardworking woman tired her best to sure she cared for us. she brought us up too university level, but we are unfortunate that we didnt finish up cos she dead in ghastily motor-accident on her way to supply her goods. since then we don't have any person to take care of us so we have to stop school and join the petty treading.Two of my uncle cant help the situation .. we have gone to them but the story was still the same.. that we can't be of help... one being a wine tapper the other a local electrician.i do not blame them cos they have their family to cater for.
i have looked into the situation and have afforded to donate my kidney but the fund for the surgery is where the problem lies. the doctors are demanding for the some of $48,350 for the surgery..i have try the much i could and was able to raise $5,730.A friend of mine suggested that i should try the net .. am seeking for your help in financially and more prayers so that the surgery would be successsful... you are my last hope just see what death has done to me and my only sister infact am tired of this world...(I have a suggestion, kill yourself and take your chances on the other side.)

know this?
He also said that I could not send all the money to

He said that you have to be holding the test question
on a sign so that it is not a forgery. I told him that
time is precious as your sister is dying and he said

What they will do is fax the picture of you holding

i received your mail and was very happy. i thank you once more for caring to help. i travelled from Awka to Enugu today being saturday to withdraw the money but met some hitches on the way.(I fucking love hitches)the problem is that most of the Banksyou used do not operate such programs {western Union} on saturdays(I did not know this. At about 1 hour 30 minutes time i was called by by one of the accountants, when i came around her said that they have searched all through thewir website but there is not such money that i should call the sender to confirm before anything could be done then i decided to mail you because i don't have your phone number. i was dumbfounded on hearing that but there is nothing i can do than to go home .(LOL! You still have three other banks mugu)
For now am in the middle of the deep blue sea and a crocodile.Susie you are my only and last hope(Goddammit I hate being the only hope) i dont know what to do please do something. while sending any further amount please do inform them that i would collect the money with an ID card of a construction company where i work as a site seer {lincolin}.thats where i gained that amount which i told you which is about $5,000. please do anything as fast as possible because we are running out of time.

Sorry for the late reply its due to some circumstances beyond my control.I went to the hospital on friday evening to know how she is but to my suprise she has gone worse than ever.
i met the doctor but he said that i have to do something concerning her condition that i should do it as fast as posible before she get worst. and that i should deposite half of the money before next two weeks for the surgery.
