Why do people go through life
Causing so much pain
And when it’s pointed out to them
They do it just the same
Their lives they live to please themselves
Not thinking of the costs
One day they might just wakeup
And find out what they’ve lost
By then the damage has been done
The past cannot be changed
With willingness to help themselves
Then aid could be arranged
But life for them just passes by
They’re living in denial
They choose to turn a blind eye
To the suffering had by all
What hope is there if they won’t learn
To get the right advice
And use it wisely for their needs
To have a better life
