Writing
I dabble in writing, not as much as I used to. But still, here are a few of my poems and wantnot. Enjoy.
Dining Out 10-00

Puffy clouds in your glass of wine
Are imagined distractions
When you are at dinner
Where the cantor is of subjects
You would rather not discuss.
They speak of social taboos,
Sex and death, you guess.
But you have stopped listening.
The clouds are swirling,
Forming a Chablis storm.
Lightening is flashing,
Reflecting dimly on an empty dessert plate.
Crumbs are strewn across the dish,
Floating like rose petals
On a sea that should, but isn't,
Disturbed by the Chablis storm.
Lovely Saints 6-98
co-written with Leon Perry

The lovely saints quietly protect humanity from among the stars that indiscriminately watch from space.

An hourglass looms over the beliefs of a sweet dreamer who accepts it all.
Night 6-98

Gaze upon the sky,
Searching for the spirits.

Admire the stars,
Watching them at play.

Laugh with the moon,
Honoring the cosmos.

Breathe in the air,
Tasting the dark.

Stroll among the beams,
Lingering in the peace.
