heidi is six and a half. Her twin sister is emily. Her older sisters are Aurora17, Aurora13, 11-year-old Nona, and eight-year-old Deidra.

heidi does not talk. She is learning safe ways to share her big feelings. The tiger helps her feel safe and strong.

heidi and emily look almost identical, but heidi's hair color is a little darker. Spending time with Joseph helps heidi to see the fun things about being a twin--and being a kid.
