I want John Lewis Gay and Taylor Franklin Abney to administer on my estate. I want them to recieve out of my estate for their services for them what the Statutes of Kentucky sets apart for such services. I want all my debts to be paid. My funeral expenses to be paid. I want whoever takes care of me from January First 1916 until death to be paid just what she or he ought to have for so doing. I want the remainder of my estate (if any there be) to be equally divided into seven parts accending to the number of brothers and sisters. I will give their names

At a County Court held in said County on the 7 day of Feb 1921 an instrument of writing was produced to open Court purporting to be the last will and testament of Sallie Ann Davis Dec'd was filed read and offered for probate where same was proven by the oaths of M.G. Crose and I.W. Coyle that said writing was Solely in the handwriting of testatrix and they familar with and knew the handwriting of testatrix. Wherefore it is hereby ordered that said writing be probated and established as and for the last will and testament of Sallie Ann Davis deceased and same be admitted to record as such which is now done accordingly by
