In the classroom, my students have many opportunities to earn tickets.  They can earn tickets for good behavior, getting a 100 on a test, returning signed papers or report cards when they are due, working well together, being the first to be prepared, etc.  They can then use their tickets on Mondays to pick rewards such as:
