Well,, I started off great..getting 50 out of 100 on the first quiz..After that, I did some serious thinking about whether or not I should drop the class. I decided to stick with it and see how I can improve..First test was very discouraging. :(
I actually have all my scores of every single quiz...so here they are: (ALL THESE SCORES ARE OUT OF 100) --> 50,75,93,60,74,50,93,74,70,32,70,86...Fortuanately he drops 2 Quizzes, and That gave me a decent C going into the finals...I went into the finals having about 75% in class..I zoned out becuase I had 4 classes this semester and finals one right after another one day at a time....So I had finals everyday of the week, and this class was the last of my finals..I went in not knowing what to expect...
first thing on the finals that surprised me was that we had arranged seating..and he (YAMADA) put me in the 2nd row of the front so I couldn't copy.....:) LIKE I EVER DO!!!..U haven't checked out my scored Yamada??..If i copy I wouldn't score like that!! So I scored a 17 out of 30 on the finals which is about 56.7 %..Before going into the finals..I knew I only needed 15 out of 30 to get a C..but I guessed like hell on the finals..I did 9 questions right that I'm sure of..and All of a sudden, time was up..We had 4 hours to do 30 questions..and I had marked 17 questions..and 9 of them was right (That I'm sure of)..DR.Yamada called for the papers..and I had to guess on the rest..I put all C's becuase that's the grade I wanted in class..I was worried..I though I had earned a D in class..but when he came back with the scores and I saw 17 out of 30..I jumped up in the air like I got a perfect score or something..although it was probably the lowest grade in class..I was soooo veryyy happy...for passing the class, for not having to take anymore tests for 2 weeks, and for not having to take him (DR.Yamada) anymore....No offense..he has a good understanding of Physics but seriously has a hard time getting the students to understand it....Maybe I'm just bitter cuz I got 2 C's from him..I dunno....O well, I'm looking forward to Physics 103 and hopefully I perform much much better than 101, and 102..Everyone wish me luck!
