It shall be the mission of the Graham Fire Department to protect the lives and property of the people of Graham, Texas from the effects of natural or man made disasters, hazardous situations, or life threatening medical emergencies. Assistance may be rendered to other persons or in other situations which may be consistent with the resources, protective equipment, and training within the Graham Fire Department.
