Chilli Butter......In small bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter until softened. Add 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. chilli powder and 1/4 tsp. pepper until well blended. Refrigerate until firm.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add cocoa and flour; stir until a thick paste is formed. Stir in sugar and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Best served for breakfast, poured over hot biscuits!
