Grandmanner Ginny Weasley won Runner Up Best in Show Longhair Neuter/Spay Kitten at the New Zealand Nationals held in Wellington on Queens Birthday Weekend, 2003.

Grand Manner Maine Coon Cattery was registered with the New Zealand Cat Fancy in 1996. In 1996 the first Maine Coon breeding queen arrived in New Zealand. Her name is Gradach Boudicea and she was purchased as a kitten from Cathy Walker in Sydney, Australia. Grand Manner Maine Coons has partnered with Shiningwater Maine Coons to promote the breed in New Zealand. Our Kittens are raised in a normal family environment and as such are well used to dealing with people, vacuum cleaners, other cats and especially children.
