GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

MOTOR: 4 cylinder, 4 cycle, 2 3/4 x 4 inch cylinders and crank case en bloc. Inlet and exhaust passages cast integral. Valves enclosed, three point suspension.

HORSE POWER: 21 HP.

VALVES: Extraordinally large, insuring free passage of gasses.

SHAFTS: Crank shaft and cam shaft drop forged, special alloy steel, heat treated with extra large bearing surfaces.

 IGNITION: Magneto, high tension (Swiss).

LUBRICATION: Constant level, splash system. Automatic drip feed. Total loss system.

CARBURETOR: Mayer Float Feed automatic.

COOLING: Thermo-syphon.

FRAME: Pressed channel steel, U section.

DRIVE: Propellor shaft with ball joint torque tube.

REAR AXLE: 3/4 floating tubular type mounted on roller bearings. Load carried on housing. Drive shaft, special alloy steel, heat treated.

TRANSMISSION: Sliding gear. Two forward speeds and reverse integral with rear axle. All gears and shafts of special alloy steel, hardened and ground, roller and ball bearings.

BRAKES: Foot brake, external contracting. Emergency brake, internal expanding. Both brakes on rear wheels. Extra large braking surface with woven asbestos linings.

FRONT AXLE: Drop forged I-beam section, heat treated. Steering knuckle pins hardened and ground. Wheels mounted on double duty ball bearings.

CONTROL: Center shift lever, spark and throttle advance under steering wheel. Foot brake and clutch operated with one pedal.

CLUTCH: Cone, leather face, fully adjustable.

WHEELS: 28 x 3 wire, English type.

TIRES: 28 x 3 Bailey tread, clincher.

SPRINGS: 2 fully elliptical front springs, 1 semi-elliptical cross spring on rear, special alloy steel.

STEERING GEAR: Pinion and gear, fully adjustable.

WHEEL BASE: 90 inches. (2.3m)

ROAD CLEARANCE: 10 inches. (55mm)

BODY: Fore door, streamline, cowled dash, black leather upholstery. (originally black, now burgandy)

COLOUR: Body - canary yellow. Chassis - black.

GEAR RATIO: 4 1/2 to 1 on high.

WEIGHT: Complete 1075 pounds. (0.5 tonnes)

GASOLINE MILEAGE: 30 MPG. (7.8 LPH)

GASOLINE CAPACITY: 5 gallons, tank in dashboard cowl. (18.9 litres)

STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Top envelope, horn, oil side and tail lights, acetylene headlights with battery. Non-rattling folding one piece windshield, jack, tool kit and tire repair kit. Equipment finished in black enamel and nickel.

EXTRA ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND STARTING EQUIPMENT: Together with electric horn at an additional cost.
