The Gratiot Collaborative Council should promote the welfare of the community through joint collaboration, planning, and promotion of human service activities.

To provide resources for Gratiot County to foster comunity and intergovernmental collaborative partnerships that develop and expand services to enhance the lives of families and children, prevent child abuse and neglect, protect children safety in their own homes, and prevent the unnecessary separation of families.
