GROUP FITNESS TRAINING SESSIONS

 

Gravity Fitness holds its Group Fitness Training sessions at 3 main venues :

1.     Lake Parramatta Reserve, Lackey St. North Parramatta

2.     Parramatta Park

3.     Hopman Street Park, Greystanes

 

Lake Parramatta is a beautiful natural bush reserve with miles of scenic walking trails and navigable water.

There is ample parking and toilet facilities available.

Sessions are conducted utilising the walking trails and other natural features of the reserve.

 

Parramatta Park is a large popular park with well developed walking, running and cycling paths, as well as open grass areas and many shaded picnic spots.

 

There is ample parking and toilet facilities available at both Lake Parramatta and Parramatta Park.

 

Hopman Street Park in Greystanes is a small suburban park with access to the Prospect Valley Cycleway and its great biking and walking paths.

There is easy parking but no toilets at this park.

 

The sessions are 1 hour long and develop cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular endurance, strength, muscle tone and flexibility.

Clients are to bring their own water.

 

Clients are advised well in advance of any venue change.

 

Current Session Times :

Wednesday     5.30pm

Saturday     8.00am

 

Cost :

$15 per person

Clients are billed on a monthly basis.

Payment is by Cash, Cheque or EFT.
