Gravity
Fitness Team OR Individual Multi-Sport endurance races are designed in such a
way as to enable people of all levels of fitness to have a go. The races
consist of 6 stages, each of decreasing length, with 2 kayak, 2 run and 2 cycle
stages. Teams are allowed to share the laps within the stages, in order to
share the load based on the ability and fitness level of the members of the
team. Good team planning and organisation ensures a successful race. Gravity
Fitness encourages people to participate, compete if you can, and celebrate the
fact that you have “earned it !”.
