I Jason Tyson an acting and duly Commissioned Justice of the peace in and for the County of Columbia in the State of Arkansas do hereby certify that on the 20th day of January 1867 at the County of Columbia in the State of Arkansas I did duly join in Marriage William Gray of Columbia County State of Arkansas aged twenty three years and M R Bell of the County of Columbia and State of Arkansas aged twenty four years and then and have declared them to be husband and wife.
