| THE LODGE NEWSLETTER Gray's Creek Lodge #831 is here to serve as a link for all Freemason, especially the membership of this Lodge. As the editor, it is my goal to ensure that we publish valid information for the craft. Anyone that have articles, or photos of Gray's Creek Lodge Brothers, and Sisters and Brothers of Eunice Chapter #643, or Brothers and Sisters of District Fifteen in action or any other information that will benefit Freemasonry as a whole can submit them to me at my email addresses listed on the Lodge Officers Page. The Newsletter will be published on a quarterly basis (January, April, July, and October). The first issue will be published in October 2005. I humbly ask for the support of all Worshipful Masters, Worthy Matrons/Patrons, District Deputies and the members within the District Fifteen family. I would like to feature a biography of one of our fallen icons (Brothers and Sisters) in each issue. If you have a biography on any of our fallen District Fifteen Columns, please forward them to me. Guidelines for Submitting Documents for the Newsletter 1. If you want to publish information in the upcoming quarter, submit it to me no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the quarter. Any documents submitted there after, may not get published until the following quarter. For example, if you want to publish an article in the January - March 2006 issue, then the deadline for submitting the document(s) is 1 December 2005. 2. I can use hard copy documents, however, I would pefer electronic submission. 3. Ensure that you receive approval from your Deputy(s) prior to submitting documents pertaining to your organization.
