“Today I am pleased to give our country’s highest award to the abortionist
Henry Morgentaler for ‘service to the nation.’ Let me just say a few words
before I have the good doctor come forward to receive his award. His has a
lifetime of achievement in extinguishing innocent human life. He is an
abortionist who has made most of the media into a big fan of his work of
killing off the unwanted. Some in the media have even described him as a
‘hero.’ He takes pride in his calling and his service to humanity. His is
an inhuman business and it takes a special kind of person to revel in this
kind of butchery. His is a life dedicated to the taking of innocent human
life under the banner of “choice.” We are a country that kills off over
100,000 innocent lives yearly by abortion and Doctor Morgentaler has been
in the forefront of this bloody trade. His service in the killing of the
unwanted is beyond compare, and now at last he is being recognized after
many years of slogging in the bloody trenches of the abortion industry.
Many thanks must go to our esteemed panel led by a supreme court judge who saw fit to recommend Henry for this honour. Where would we be without this eminent Madame Justice dispensing her wisdom? But, I digress, this is
Doctor Morgentaler’s day, and a wonderful day it is for him. It is in fact
a celebration of a life that is a model for our society today. We are
going down paths once untrodden. We are breaking new ground with this
award and stamping on the bodies of the little innocents torn apart by
abortion.
“The motto of the Order [of Canada is] ‘Desiderantes meliorem patriam - They desire a better country.’”
“Therefore, I ask the respected and esteemed company assembled here today for this award, let us give a big hand to abortionist Morgentaler as he
comes forward to receive our country’s highest honour.”
A standing ovation and hearty applause takes place for a man who makes a
living from killing.
