Saddam Hussein To Come To Canada As A Refugee? by Stephen Gray An uncomfirmed report has Saddam Hussein claiming refugee status in Canada. Mr. Hussein states in his request that the country is a "caring" and "tolerant’ society. He likes Canada because it did not take part in the war against him and that it is a place of "soft power." He also states it would be no big deal to let him come here, as there are over "600 convicted murderers, rapists and armed robbers" who received "the...political wave through." and are already in the country. He further states these people have a "right to privacy" and that criminals are "morally" fit to vote here and that he would fit in nicely with all the other terrorists and murderers. All he is asking for is equal treatment and a "special permit." In his claim he cites ‘The Charter of Rights and Freedoms," The "Singh Decision" and the "Pushpanathan Ruling" that allowed drug dealers and other reprobates to stay. He also believes he has a good case and that to refuse him access would be "discriminatory." He is also requesting a meeting with the Immigration and Refugee Board(IRB) to state his claim. He also wants to know if there is a charge for this at the IRB. He states he will pay if asked and that he still has money in an offshore bank account. He said he has also heard the country provides a lawyer free of charge and would appreciate services of same. Mr. Hussein has also stated he would like to meet with representatives of the country’s "Human Rights Commission" as he believes he is a political prisoner and that his "human rights" are being violated. In other evidence: He also thinks some politicians might be amenable to him coming to Canada, as he read that one politician here, had this to say about the United States: "Hate those bastards." he also gives other evidence about another political person calling President George Bush a "moron." Mr. Hussein also states; if he is allowed in he will disappear, just like all the other scoundrels and low lifes loose in the country. But, he will find a job when he makes contact with the terrorists already here. He has also heard that there are charitable institutions here that raise money for terrorists so he believes he would not be a burden to Canadian society. He further says he will not claim welfare in his own name, but may use many other aliases, but will only make one claim in each province to ensure the "equality" rights under the Charter are not violated. He is also asking for a judge to hear his case, and is sure that under the "Charter of Rights and Freedoms" a loophole will be found. Mr. Hussein says all the judge has to do, is "read in" his eligible status. Mr. Hussein believes his case is an urgent matter and hopes it will be treated promptly by the authorities as he does not like his present place of residence. He also believes his life could be in danger. He is calling on support from all the bleeding hearts, the looney left and all the others opposed to the "Great Satan" to take up his cause for refugee status.
