Is This Democracy?

By Stephen Gray

The document that the people are ruled by is the Charter of Rights.

The people did not get to vote on the Charter.

Decisions on the Charter are handed down by non-elected judges.

A non-elected judge “reads in” words not written in the Charter.

Non-elected judges state “same-sex marriage” is a “right” under the Charter.

The government then proceeds to bring the “same-sex marriage” legislation to parliament called Bill C-38.

The Prime Minister refuses to let his Cabinet have a free vote on this Bill C-38.

The Prime Minister refuses to allow the people of the country a referendum on so-called “same-sex marriage.”

Bill C-38 is passed by the politicians and sent to the Senate.

The Senate consists of non-elected, patronage appointees.

The Senate gives final approval to Bill C-38.

Bill C-38 is then sent for “royal assent.”

How can this Bill C-38 be legitimate when the whole process has been a LIE from start to finish.

Unelected judges subverting the Charter. (Gay rights were never in it)

Unelected Senators giving approval to this imposed lie called Bill C-38

And a dictatorial prime minister and his political lackeys imposing this nonsense on the country.

They all should be charged with subversion of the constitution and removed from public office. Do we still live in a democracy?
