Running Scared From The Truth By Stephen Gray The minute anyone criticizes homosexual behaviour all hell breaks loose. Politicians run for cover. Any politicians who dared criticize, immediately recant, and go into the grovelling position and offer abject apologies, for daring to speak the truth. The media portray them as intolerant and bigots and there is a feeding frenzy on their carcase. Some of their own political colleagues even take part. What are the facts on this lethal behaviour? The highest percentage of AIDS cases in Canada are caused by homosexual behaviour, and an article titled, “AIDS: Medical and Scientific Aspects” by Thomas Curran, Research Branch, Library of Parliament stated regarding AIDS that, “...most of the cases of the disease in Canada have been diagnosed in the gay community. By 30 June 1995, 76.4% of total AIDS cases were related to homosexual or bisexual activity.” An article in the Globe and Mail of July 4, 1996, headlined “How Canadians with AIDS were exposed” said men who have sex with men”(of 9,846 cases reported the percentage was 74.1%.) Note: the Globe and Mail’s source was Health Canada. An article in The Globe and Mail of Nov. 27, 2003. stated: “A few years ago, Alliance MP Dr.Grant Hill said the homosexual lifestyle can be harmful, and leaned on medical science to back him up.” Now fast forward to 2004. The Leader-Post (Regina) of Feb. 5, 2004. in a story headlined “Federal Tories give Spencer the boot” by Peter O’Neil, stated: “Interim national Conservative Leader Grant Hill, whose own assertions about health risks facing homosexuals caused controversy in the mid-1990s, refused to discuss the issue at length.” The issue was homosexuality and Mr. Spencer’s comments. It appears Mr. Spencer can be given “the boot” for his statements, yet the Conservative Leader no longer wants to ‘discuss the issue at length’ about the “unhealthy lifestyle” of homosexuality, if this behaviour is practiced. The author of the article on Mr. Spencer, journalist Peter O’Neil was written up in Reality magazine May/June 1996 issue, page 4, as a member of the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association ( NLGJA) The article stated :”There are 56 paid members in the Toronto chapter of NLGJA, and 40 members in the Vancouver chapter, including the Vancouver Sun’s Peter O’Neil..." The article in the Leader-Post, by Peter O'Neil, went on to say this about Mr. Spencer: “He spoke in November of a ‘well orchestrated’ conspiracy by gay activists that included recruiting young men and infiltrating the educational system, the judiciary and religious institutions.” Oh really, I guess it is all coincidence that gay activists have already had their agendas introduced into the schools. The judiciary “reads in” sexual orientation into the Constitution and homosexuality among some of the clergy has resulted in lawsuits. The conspiracy factor was raised in a national newspaper. An editorial in the National Post of March 1, 2000, headlined “An open conspiracy” had a sub - headline saying “Justice Minister too close with gay lobby on same-sex marriages.” The Justice Minister at that time was Anne McLellan. The editorial went on to say: “Yesterday, a committee of Parliament met to discuss Bill C-23, the Liberal proposal to give marriage-like benefits to homosexual couples. This is not a radical proposal for same-sex marriages - that has already happened, on April 23, 1998, to be precise, when Rosalie Abella an appeals court judge from Ontario decided to change the legal definition of ‘spouse’ so that it might describe one of two homosexuals living together. Judge Abella ruled that the government must start ‘acknowledging conjugal diversity.’” This is the same judge who lowered the age of consent to 14 years of age for sodomy. The editorial further stated: “This open conspiracy involving the courts, the Justice Department and the gay lobby is no figment of conservative paranoia...” Here we have a national newspaper telling us there is an ‘open conspiracy involving the courts, the Justice department and the gay lobby...’ Yet M.P. Larry Spencer is ridiculed for even mentioning any conspiracy. Now the homosexual agenda is being approved with lightning speed and anyone daring to criticize it is treated like a pariah. Questions have to be asked in this country as to why any criticism of homosexuality is forbidden. Everyone else in society can be subjected to honest critique and the facts stated about an unhealthy lifestyle - be it smoking, drugs, alcohol and other afflictions. The only behaviour that dare not speak its name is the lethal practice of homosexuality. Which can result in disease and death for many of its practitioners. Why is this and why are the politicians and others running scared from the truth?
