The
Ambush of Great Babylon
On the weekend of the Feast
of Trumpets a firestorm will suddenly explode across our golden empire. The
destruction will be so complete that the sound of the bride and the groom will
not be heard in the land again.
The rulers, the merchants,
and the seamen of the world will recoil in horror. Great Babylon has made them all wealthy. Terror will seize them and in grief they
will cry out. But heaven will rejoice
at our destruction.
These statements are sure
and true. An unprecedented six chapters
in three different books of the Bible describe the ambush in detail. The main passages are in Revelation 17 and
18; Isaiah 13 and 14; and Jeremiah 50 and 51.
Most do not realize the destructiveness of the
tribulation. Billions and billions will
die. Whether Great Babylon dies at the
beginning or end of the conquest is not that significant. All the nations will die during the
tribulation. The testimony cries out to
you: Great Babylon dies suddenly.
The ambush will come as the fulfillment of a pact
that was created seven years ago in betrayal by a cloaked destroyer of
prophetic magnitude.
The great question is not “if” the ambush will
happen. The great question is
“when.” You must realize that it is
going to happen. This year the Feast of
Trumpets will be September 29-30.
Satan launches his offensive for world conquest with
the Ambush of Great Babylon. His
strategy includes: 1. slaying the church; 2. slaying the nations; 3. slaying
Israel; 4. seizing the throne of God in Jerusalem; 5. slaying God on his
return.
Satan’s end goal has been the same from the
beginning--to rule from God’s throne.
He will succeed in his conquest right up until the very end.
The First Cause of Judgment: Casting Holiness
from our Courts
Our nation has cast God’s standard of holiness out
of its courts. The courts blindly
govern our relationships as if there is no God whom requires an account. To our folly, holiness has disappeared from
our worldview, and the doctrine of secular, individualistic rights has replaced
it. This is the source of our judgment.
Casting down holiness in our courts has born rotting
fruit. The courts have granted legal
protection to base sensuality, homosexuality, weaponry, abortion, forced
secularism, the breaking of the family unit, and all other manner of
wickedness.
The essential purpose of government is to do
justice. The judicial process is the
heart of government and the reason of state.
The true governors of any land are its judges. All judges in all nations are accountable to holiness at all
times. Otherwise, God is not holy.
To be holy is to be pure and innocent—transparent in
spirit in all your ways. Holiness is
the only valid moral standard for all peoples, at all times, in all
relationships. It is the one true
standard in heaven and on earth.
We are made in the image of God. Because of this, we are accountable to
govern all our relationships by the same principle God uses to govern his
relationships. To mock at holiness is
to mock at God. To reject holiness is
to reject God.
Holiness is the manifestation of God’s character in
all your relationships.
Holiness is the only standard that God uses to
measure your actions and the actions of all the nations. This means in turn, that holiness is the
only standard that can be used by individuals or the nations that God will
accept.
When the United States answers to God in his court,
God will not ask how well we defended human rights. He will as how well we defended holiness. Sadly, the American church has even fallen
pray to the secular lie. All mouths
will be shamed and shut.
Human rights has proven to be a false moral
doctrine. The pursuit of rights
destroys holiness. Human rights bears
its fruit in the spirit of Sodom and Gomorrah.
This is the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. You are accountable to it now. God is holy. He is holy in all his
relationships. You are made in the image of God. You are to be holy in all your relationships. This is the only valid moral foundation for
all relationships in all of heaven and all of earth at all times.
This means that the nations are to govern by
holiness at all times and in all relationships. The kingdom of God is the kingdom of holiness. The nations of the earth must submit to the
beauty of holiness in all their courts.
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached for a testimony to all
the nations then the end shall come.
This preaching of the accountability of the nations
to the holiness of God will bring all nations to readiness for judgment. The cup of their iniquity will be made
full. They will have no room for
excuse.
What holiness “is” must be taught to the
nations. Then we must teach how
everyone and every single nation is accountable to holiness at all times and in
all relationships. Then we must teach
how this is the Gospel of the Kingdom.
The Second Cause of
Judgment: The Betrayal of Treaties
Once a people betray God
they begin to betray others. Violating
treaties is one of the highest forms of the betrayal of others. We have betrayed countless treaties over the
life span of our government.
In recent history we have
advised others, such as South Vietnam, to betray their treaties. They knew if they did not honor their treaty
it would mean war. We foolishly told them
we would back them in their actions.
Afterward, we went blindly in to the resulting war, reaping the bitter
fruits of our wickedness. But we did
not learn.
Now more ominously, we have
betrayed one of the highest treaties on earth—the NATO treaty. By so doing, we betrayed the entire world.
Jerusalem was destroyed and God sent his people into
captivity for betraying a treaty with Babylon.
How much more so will he do to us.
On our judgment, NATO will still stand and be
transformed into the mouth of a beast. This
beast will be subject to no nation and will use its teeth to become the
destroyer of all nations.
Great tribulation will come upon the world and man
will be made more scarce than fine gold.
What Our Nation Must Quickly Do
Our nation must have a change of heart and cast off
the false doctrine of justice that binds our judges. We must begin to judge by holiness; pursue purity and innocence,
and be transparent in all that is said and done. There must be no hidden motives in any of our actions. This is not hard. It is the way of little children.
This standard will again lead us to honor the living
and holy God in the institutions of our nation and in our own deeds and words.
We must immediately begin honoring all our treaties,
stop advising others to violate their treaties, and stop betraying other
nations.
We have betrayed God and others. Now we have been betrayed by our own
doctrines of betrayal. We have only
days to have a change of heart as a nation.
It is true that individuals must repent, but for the survival of our
golden empire, our government must also repent.
Be not deceived, God is not mocked. We have betrayed God and man. We have sown betrayal—we now are reaping
betrayal. The final judgment is at the
door.
What You Must Quickly Do
God is merciful and does not delight in the death of
the wicked. He has provided an avenue
of escape. You are not pure and holy
but Jesus is, and his lovingkindness is open to you. He is willing to stand in your place when you are called to
judgment before God’s court.
In that court Jesus will take your sin on himself
and pay your debt to the Father. Then
he will give his righteousness and his Holy Spirit to you. He is the Lord who Rescues and he will
rescue you.
Jesus will do this for you if you will trust your
most valuable possession into his care—it is your soul. Pray to him now.
Tell him you believe God’s testimony about what he
has done to rescue you. Give him your
eternal soul and trust your destiny into his care. Then begin reading the Gospel of John so he can speak to
you.
The debt for all your sins will be paid by
Jesus. He will then give you the gift
of eternal life. Living water will
begin to flow from within you, and God will begin to speak to you through the
scripture.
This is your only hope, but it is a sure and true
hope. Believe his testimony now, trust
him now, tell him in prayer, and tell others in word.
How God Will Rescue His Own Out of the Ambush
God is the only one able to prophecy because he is
the only one who knows tomorrow. The
testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
God speaks to you through scripture by sweet
similitudes. Faith based similitude is
the means by which prophecy is seen, and similitude is the means by which the
events of prophecy are fulfilled.
Here is an example of similitude that Jesus
gave: “Let anyone who thirsts come
drink from the river of life.” And here
is another, “If you knew the gift of God, you would ask, and I would give you
living water.”
Her is another similitude: The ancient king of the
golden empire of Babylon was a type of the anti-Christ. This means that he thought and did the
things the anti-Christ will think and do.
In rage, he heated a furnace seven-times hot and
threw the believers into the flames.
But God rescued the believers—just in time.
Can you see the prophetic
similitude? It is about you.
