Paris is the second and youngest Prince of Troy.He has an older brother,Hector, and his parents King Priam and Queen Hecuba. Sent on a mission to sign a peace treaty with the King of Sparta he meets Helen, the most beautiful woman in the world and wife to the King. Paris and Helen have an affair while he is in Sparta with Hector. The day before they leave he asks Helen to come with him back to Troy therefore starting the Trojan War.Paris is a coward in a sense. While he is fighting with Menelaous he is about to be killed and yet he runs away to his brother,Hector. He is also an archer,which he uses a bow and arrow which is also considered a coward's weapon.In the book he is killed by Philoctetes and a poison arrow, although in the movie he lives and escapes to Mt. Ida with Helen and some other survivers of the war.
Hector
Hector is the oldest son of Priam and Hecuba and has a younger brother ,Paris. Hector has a wife named Andromache and a baby son. After Paris wimps out he is asked to fight with Achilles. Hector is then killed by Achilles and dragged through the front of Troy's walls.Hector was considered the greatest warrior in Troy and the bravest as well. Hector was the only man who did not fall in love with Helen because of his love for Andromache.In the movie he tells Andromache how to escape Troy if there is ever a need to flee. He also kills Menelaous and Patroclus which angered Agamemnon and Achilles. Of course that did not accure in the book.
Achilles
Achilles, the greatest warrior that ever lived and immortal. He fell in love with Briseis ,the cousin of Paris and Hector and brought to him as a prisonor. Achilles' cousin, Patroclus is killed by Hector and in return challenges Hector in battle and kills him.Later,in the war Paris kills Achilles by shooting an arrow through his famous Achilles tendant,the only party of him that is mortal , and he dies. Achilles won every battle he fought and desperatly hated Agamemnon, he fought for no one.
