Albert Bouchard was with Buck Dharma, the founding members of B.O.C. back in late 60s and early 70s.He was (and is) very creative in song-writing and drum-playing (his style is unic and at least to me i can think only of Keith Moon's playing at the same
style). He has written many BOC and SFG songs. BOC fired him in 1981 (summer),a couple of days before the band's appearance in Donnigton,UK ("Monsters of Rock" festival).Since then he was always trying to perform a solo-band.So he started recording "IMMAGINOS" in 1982-84 (with Joe Satriani,Robbie Krieger as special guests)  but he failed to release it and in 1987-88,Sandy Pearlman conveiced him and CBS to release it under the BOC name (BOC add their parts to the demo-tapes).He had also appeared and recorded with some other bands during the 80s (like:Spencer Davis Group,Cult Brothers,David Roter,
Firehose,Helen Wheels,Bouchard Brothers,Ritchie Stotts). In 1987,he and his wife Deborah Frost performed the Imaginary Playmates, which in 1989 became the BRAIN SURGEONS.In 1994 they released their first cd,and started adding new members to the band.
