Carrot Halvah 

3 Lrge Carrots                                     
! tblsp.Condensed milk                          
1 cup Sugar                                       
1 tblsp.Khoya                                        
1 dozen Cashews                                   
1 tblspn Currants                                    
  

Take the carrot along with half the of sugar, cook covered on med-low flame for 15 minutes. 
Add the condensed milk, khoya, and the rest of the sugar and cook uncovered for 5-10 minutes. 
Garnish with the cashews and currants and serve.
