Simple Candied Carrots  

2 Tblsp Butter 
2 Cups Baby Carrots
2 Tblsp Brown Sugar
Nutmeg to Taste 

Melt butter in saucepan. Add steamed carrots. Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar.
Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Cook uncovered for 5 minutes longer or until carrots are glazed, stirring frequently. 
Yield: 4 servings.
