BANANA CANTALOUPE ICE CREAM
6 eggs,( separated)
1 ripe banana
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 medium size cantaloupe
Misc. pureed fruit (Optional)*
In a bowl beat together egg yolks,
1/2 cup sugar and oil with an electric
beater for half an hour.
Puree fruit and add to egg mixture.
In a separate bowl beat egg whites
and remaining sugar until stiff.
Gently fold whites into fruit mixture.
Other fruits and berries can be used as well
Pour into ice cream tray and freeze.
*Make alternate layers of different fruit flavored ice cream
and decorate with pureed fruit.
