| Our bees produce honey from various sources throughout northern Indiana. Here are some of the main honey plants in northern Indiana: Black loucust, basswood, clover, golden rod, wild aster and more. Our honey is currently not serperated by flower source so you get a little bit of everything the bees gather throughout the season. Our Honey is not pasturized as this kills alot of the good properties in the honey. If by chance we do have to warm the Honey it is never heated hotter than what the hive can be on the inside on a hot summer day.
