Planning Development of Waste Water Treatment Plant in RPH Cakung, Jakarta Timur.
RPH (Rumah Pemotongan Hewan) is a slaughter house. Cakung Slaughter House had operated since 2002. The waste water treatment plant has a good performance of pollutant removal, but the effluent still out of the threshold limit mentioned in Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No. 51/KEP-MENLH/1995. Based on the regulation, it needs an improvement. After having some research and analysis, I make a redesign for the waste water treatment plant. Finally, I conclude Sequencing Batch Reactor is the best alternative to improve it performance.
