In My Mind . . .

This page is a place that family and friends can visit to keep up with the Greer Family.  Expect to see photos old and new and bits and pieces of genealogy,  some tidbits of North Carolina history and samples of our daughter's writing from time to time.

This lovely young couple with the smiling baby is Mr. and Mrs. Billy Joe Greer.  The part of the smiling baby is being played by my oldest sister Clara Jo.  She was named for both parents.  My mother's name is Clara Ruth.

Our pride and joy is our daughter Julia.  Shown here with Nugget our family dog, Julia loves riding horses, dancing ballet, and the Backstreet Boys.

The above photos are just the start I hope of the kind of family pictures I will share with family and friends in the future.  I will devote separate pages to my immediate family, children in the family, friends in the family, and places we visit that are related in some way to North Carolina and our family.  I apologize for burdening the pages with graphics making loading a slow process but I hope it will be worth the wait.  Remember you might be in the picture that is loading!

This is my wife's sister Jade with our neice and nephew.  Jade has recently hit the roads in her Volvo.  She, like us, doesn't get to see William and Kathleen and their little brother Patrick and big sister Madison enough.  Click on their names and see more pictures.
