GREG'S YM1110D with YM1100D axle

Here's the engine block completely disassembled! I replaced all the bearings, piston pins, piston rings, and all gaskets.

Here's a shot of my workbench with all of the internal engine parts laid out!

Here's what was left of the tractor with the engine removed and disassembled. Note the disassembled front axle on the floor. This axle is now completely rebuilt.

This is a shot of the tractor reassembled with a YM1100D front axle installed for temporary mobility. The axle is mounted about 7" forward of the original axle. The drive shaft is NOT hooked up! But it sure did climb over some logs in our woods without a problem!

This is a close-up of the tractor in which you can see the lengthened steering linkage. I kind of like the aggressive look of the forward axle which also raises the tractor a couple of inches in the front.

Here's another look at the YM1110D from a little different angle.

Here's a close-up of some of the axle parts. I've completely rebuilt the axle since this picture was taken.

Here is the finished product! I finally finished rebuilding the front axle during the winter and used the tractor to pull some logs from the woods for firewood. That's dad's big helper doing the tilling.
