This album has been bootlegged hundreds of times, and my copy does not even credit a record label. It's mainly of interest to collectors for the track 'Peace of Mind,' which is supposedly a demo from the Sgt. Pepper sessions. It has been speculated that this track was really a fake, recorded by bootleggers and passed off as an authentic demo. This certainly seems like a probable story, seeing as there is no mention of the song in any of the Beatles' archives. No matter where this track came from, it's still a neat collectible for fans.

The rest of the LP is a hodge-podge of outtakes. Some rather unusual things, like hand-held tape versions of Help and Every Little Thing that sound like they may have been captured during mixing sessions. The version of 'Every Little Thing' is a very interesting outtake, with a 12 string guitar part that was eliminated from the final version. There are also outtakes from Paul's 'James Paul McCartney' television show from 1973 and two solo McCartney outtakes from the 70s. The sound quality is generally poor and it sounds as though most of the tracks are several generations old. This one is mainly of interest to hard-core collectors only.
