Not a great compilation, like all of the Hodge Podge discs, but this one includes a couple of interesting tid bits. The Help! acetates are of poor quality like all acetates, but are quite interesting. Tracks 5-10 are filler that have been booted many times before. The Hey Jude tracks are interesting, from "Experiment in TV" and the "David Frost Show," but they are in fairly poor quality.
