This disc is mainly of interest because it contains a nice selection of McCartney and Donovan's jam during the sesssions for Mary Hopkin's 'Postcard' LP. A couple of these acoustic tracks are quite interesting, especially Paul's 'Heather,' 'How Do You Do' and of course 'Blackbird.' The rest of the CD contains outtakes and sessions from the 'Abbey Road' LP in good quality. Many of these later tracks are also available elsewhere, but this disc is the one to find for those 'Postcard' sessions.
