Greg was part of the ensemble cast who stayed at the Mamie and Garry Pound residence in Columbus while filming portions of the movie in town. Also in residence was Mel Gibson, Keri Russell, Chris Klein, and Madeleine Stowe. The movie which Greg is filming with Mel Gibson is once again titled "We Were Soldiers" The film focuses on a true story of 450 soldiers in the longest battle of the Vietnam War in La Drang. The true story of Major Bruce Crandall, an all American college baseball star and devoted military man who is called up by Lt. Col. Hal Moore (Mel Gibson) to start up the Air Cavalry unit.
