Terms of Service
	The Terms are as follows:
		1. All prices are estimates. The price of fabric may fluctuate on the market. I do my best to use coupons and get the lowest price for quality fabric but I can only do so much. 2. At least 50% of the estimated price must be sent to myself in either paypal, check or money order form. No cash accepted. 3. I will only ask 1-2 times for info via your contact information. If no reply is made, anything sent to me will be held until further notice. 4. All costumes are shipped by (choose: Priority mail, UPS ground,  ect) and requireds a signer to be present to accept the package. All packages are insured and will have a tracking number. Shipping costs will be calculated into your commission price upfront. 5. Please be absolutely sure you want your costume before sending any money. The down payment of 50% is non-refundable even if you change your mind and decide you do not want the costume after all. This is due to material costs and the time spent on your costume up to the point your order is canceled. 6.Costumes I make are never to be entered into a masquerade for costume workmanship. If you use my costume and claim it as your own, you will be punished by the fullest extent of the law. 7.Once finished, all customers will be provided with digital photos of their costume before shipping. You have 2 days to respond to this e-mail and request changes to any aspect of the costume before it is shipped.
					8. Partial refunds will be given if the package is returned to me at the customers expensie due to errors on my behalf during construction. If sizing is the issue, I will only refund for mistakes I have made incorporating the original measurments given to me. While I understand the people gain and lose weight, costume measurments may be submitted only once and the is before and construction takes place. Please e-mail me to discuss any issues with your costume before returning it for alterations, and please include a note in the package on which items require alterations and what you would like done to them. 9. Refunds will not be given if worn to a convention or used in anyway but to try on. 10. I must be made aware of your intention to return a costume for alterations within 2 days of arrival. Please contact me A.S.A.P. if something is wrong. (You may e-mail me pictures outlinging any desired changes to expedite the alteration process.) 11. Once photos of the completed costume are approved, the customer must send the second half of payment before the costume is shipped. I will contact you via e-mail (or by phone if requested) to let you know when your costume has been shipped.
