This card may be Icy Manipulator. The set is 306 cards (142 artifacts), and is followed by the sets Darksteel and Fith Dawn, both 165 card sets. There are apparently new creature types also. These were discovered through a Magic Online glitch. They are Human, Slith, Vedalken, Myr, Drone, Warrior, Shaman, Scout, Archer, Berserker, and Rougue.
