There is a new number to track, and there is a new card that simulates a classic combo with a reprint in 8th edition. This card may be Icy Manipulator. The set is 306 cards (142 artifacts), and is followed by the sets Darksteel and Fith Dawn, both 165 card sets. There are apparently new creature types also. These were discovered through a Magic Online glitch. They are Human, Slith, Vedalken, Myr, Drone, Warrior, Shaman, Scout, Archer, Berserker, and Rougue.
KEYWORDS:
Imprint: A card is removed from the game and has an effect on the card with imprint. It seems this sets what the card affects.
Equip: On equipment. Pay the equip cost to attach the equipment to a creature.
Entwine: Pay the Entwine cost to play multiple aspects of a "choose one" card.
Affinity for _______: Cost of spell is reduced equal to the number of specified permanents in play.
Ex. Affinity for Artifacts.
There are 5 basic lands, 4 copies of each.
