Meet the CAsT of The CHANGE
Guidelines
- You
can play unlimited amount of characters, just try to keep
track. Limit 3 CATS characters per person. All the rest
can be made up. (Human fans or backstage crew. No made up new cats, unless pre-approved for a certain plot.)
- No
strong or offensive language. Even if your character is lude
and crude with an attitude. If 'dang' just doesn't cut it and
you must in order to stay
in character, please use something like, "#*%@!"
and be more creative than *****.
- No
strong suggestive $#X inuindo. In short nothing worse
than kissing, snuggling, or a cuddling hug. Nothing
really descriptive, I'd like to keep my lunch, thank you
very much.
- Don't
kill anyone off unless you have their purrrrmission and
mine. But maybe we could avoid that entirely.
- Please
try and keep up, make an entry at least once to twice a week. I
hope to keep this moving. If you are unable to for vacation or some other reason, let me know. I understand things get hectic, but if after a few weeks I don't hear from you, the character(s) will be made available again. I will not stalk you down to find out where you went. Unless I want to.
- To
request a character to play, please email me with the
message subject The Change RPG CHARACTER REQUEST (Something
to that affect, as I may eventually have more rpgs), and
say in the message text which character(s) you'd like to
play. In your email please state, the character(s) you
are requesting, and possibly even a pre-written
description of them, like their attitude, likes and
dislikes, etc. And also your email where you can be
reached for sure. Please wait for me to give you the Okay
before playing.
- I will try to delete interferring posts. I have the right to pull threads I
find unfit, but hopefully this will not happen at all,
and we can keep our story clean.
- Please
try to write in third person. ie. Etcetera stuck out her
tongue at Pouncival. Not "I didn't like
Pouncy, so I stuck my tongue out at him.", unless
you're speaking out loud. And please try a bit and write
at LEAST three sentences minimum. Write in story form and
NOT in chatroom form with +'s.
- Things
like mental thoughts, ponderings, and wonderings, try to
italicize them and put asterix (*) around them. And if
you like, when yelling, make them bold. If you don't know
how to do this. To make Italics, put this before
your text then put in your text, then at the
very end of the text put . To do bold,
use text , for larger emphasized type
text .
- Please
if you go 'Out Of Character', use the abbreviation, OOC,
and BIC when you return to being 'Back In Character'.
- Well
it so happens, that I'll be trying to keep track of an
archive of the whole story as it unfolds, so that if you
do go away for awhile, you can catch up on what you have
missed. I am also hoping to have illustrations to go
along with the story. So if you have any art that you
created after being inspired by playing The Change, you
can place it in your posts, and we may post it later on
the site.
- Did
I miss anything, Questions, Comments, Rules of the Forum
I may have missed? Tell me
- And
most of all, have fun, and role-play your little hearts
out!
