Unknown Great-Grandma

Dad says he can remember asking his mother who this was when he was a young boy.  His mother said "Great-Grandma".  At the time he assumed it was Margaret Melissa Griffiths.  He now realizes that the lady in the picture is not Margaret Melissa, and he has no idea which grandma it could be -- whether it is one of his great-grandmas, or his mother's.  The picture suffered water damage in the apartment Maude and William used to live in.  We tried to enhance it but it is too far gone to do much. The picture was colorized, which accounts for the red on the face. One thing is for sure -- she is not somebody that we have another picture of.
