Now that I've started my new site American
Typewriter I thought it was time to come back and re-visit
GrillBurn.
The best way to describe GrillBurn is that it was a part of my
life. Really, that's all it was. It's always weird when we look
back at something we once did. Here it is 2003, and now I'm looking
back at the things I wrote and said in 2000 and 2001. It's amazing
how much change I've gone through.
When reading through these writings, the feelings I had during
those times came crashing back at me. I remember the feelings
of loneliness I had that first year in school. I remember the
elation and joy from making a tv show with my friends and having
it generally accepted. The emotions included run the gamut. Hopefully
I will have learned something from these experiences. Only time
will tell.
Until then, I hope you enjoy reading these posts as much as I
enjoyed writing them. I'm leaving them as is, no editing, no link
fixing, anything. If the link is broken, it's broken. I think
that's part of the charm reading the archives of other people's
blogs, so now it can be part of the charm in reading mine.
So, look to the left, start at the top (or bottom, whatever)
and enjoy the ride. I did.
