As a member of the U.S. Army I've just finished a two week training exercise so I was unable to update my site. I'm having to play catch-up on the latest news and events from around the league. Thanks for your patience. With two weeks left in the regular season I'm looking for some exciting games as teams fight for playoff spots. Hope everyone enjoys the games.
Hey everyone! First I would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to visit my site. Especially for those of you who have returned each week for your daily XFL fix. I've tried hard to keep it updated and informative.
Each week I've watched the televised games and have enjoyed them very much. There's just something about football this time of year that makes it great.
It's a shame that more people, (meaning the media!) can't understand that it's just football. Guys that have spent most of their lives doing something they love. I think the hype and fact that it is a WWF and Vince McMahon endeavor has blinded the media on that fact.
All you have to do is look at the San Francisco Demons and see that there is room for the XFL. After four home games the Demons are averaging just under 35,000 fans a game. Now this isn't a football starved area. It seems fans in the bay area are saying what the league hoped everyone else would say and that's "yes we're FOOTBALL fans, bring on the games!"
