Introduction

This is a beachy layout obviously,i found the image through SXC.HU and the star brushes are mine.You can have unlimited text,unlimited navigation and you can use the top bar for text links,scrolling messages,or use it for affiliates.It also comes with a graphic footer.
I used tables for this layout but used div layers for the navigation so it can flow easily with the table.I wanted it to be simple,and easy to customize for your website.I didnt add any icons or anything.Or coloured the scroll bars.I might in the future..

I used CSS for the headers,navigation,etc so its important NOT to mess with the code unless its to add links and content.You must retain the credits under the navigation/add my credits visiablely on the site itself. Dont alter the images please.

To use:
1.Download
2.Upload images to /images folder in your website site
3.Upload CSS and remember to correctly link the stylesheet or it will look plain
4.Upload Updated Index.html file in the website.
