Materials needed:

size #0 needles, 1 small snap

1/8" wide satin ribbon

With #0 needles cast on 28 sts

Row 1 & 2: K2, P2 across

Row 3: K 6, bind off 5 sts, k8, bind off 5 sts, k4 (right side)

Row 4: P 5, cast on sts(by turning right side around towards

you), turn back around, P8, cast on 2 sts(same as before), P 5.

Row 5: Knit

Row 6: Purl

Repeat Rows 5 & 6 till total piece measures 3/4"

WAIST Next Row: Knit into the front and back of each st.

Continue in stockinette till total piece measures 1 1/2"

Next Row K 2, YO, * K 3, YO, repeat from * across

Work in garter st for 5 rows

Bind off, sew up back seam leaving opeing above

waist. Sew 1 small snap to close. Weave 1/8" wide

ribbon through YO’s

With #0 cast on 20 sts

Row 1: k across

Row 2: K 10, P 10

Rows 3-8 Repeat rows 1 & 2 three more times.

Row 9: K

Row 10: K 5 bind off 2 sts, k 3, P5, bind off 2 sts, p3

Row 11: K 4, turn back and bind off those 4 sts. ,

Break off yarn attach yarn where you left off, k 8,

turn ,leaving the rem. 4 sts unworked, bind off the 8 sts.

Row 12: K across the 4 rem. sts on needle, turn , bind off.

Finishing: sew crotch and leg and side seam SEW LOOSLEY

Make a bow out of 1/8" ribbon tack to the "ruffled back"
