There are few libraries in Israel and people do not search for knowledge. They want to get a good grade in school and they want to complete their studies, but they don't want to acquire knowledge. Everyone gets their own books, but there isn't a large library. You can't arrange to get any book from a library with interlibrary loan. Many people have their own library at home. People create a small circle of information and knowledge. We're all affected by ISBI so we need the smaller surrounding circle.
