Shane Walker's decision to re-grow his spectacular piece of facial hair inspired a brief return of outrageous moustaches in rugby league in the 2003 season. Shane Millard of Widnes Vikings and Nat Wood of Warrington Wolves produced some reasonable efforts but have since shaved, knowing that they paled into insignificance compared to the mighty mo which has been likened to the legendary Dirk Diggler's effort by the SMH.
