Hi, guys, and welcome to the Princess Kitten's own little slice of the internet!
If you don't know me and are wondering who I am, I'll clue you in. The name on my birth certificate is Jessica Lyn Connolly, but I go by everything from Jessie (to most people) to Ica to Kechara to Kitten (for the people who care most about me). I'm in love with the greatest guy I've ever met, Marino Saveri. I'm 18 years old until Thanksgiving, at which point I will turn 19 while leading the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with the Mighty Sound of Maryland Marching Band.
Oh, yeah, that. I'm a sophomore at Maryland and I'm a silk for marching band and a clarinet for Pep Band and University Band. I'm also on the quizbowl team and a sister of Sigma Kappa Mu. (If you want to know about any of these organizations, email me!)
I went to Paint Branch High School, in Burtonsville, Maryland, and I was in the band and theater and on the It's Academic team (captain senior year, when we whooped butt on DeMatha!) My little brother, Mike, is a freshman there now and taking my place in the band.
Hmmm, what else is there? I love cats, and can show some feline tendencies at times. I am the Chick Flick Queen and listen to sappy music (97.1 for you DC-area people). I'm also a HUGE fan of Angry Salad...just listen to them and seeif you don't become a Salad fan, too! I love the Orioles, especially Brady Anderson, Cal Ripken and BJ Surhoff (I don't care about the blinkin trade, he'll always be an Oriole!!!) I love mysteries and creative writing and am trying to write a mystery right now. Oh, yes, and I'm a devoted Christian.
