Awards and Recognition
We are currently working our Silver Award!
The Silver Award is the highest award that can be earned in Studio 2B. It is symbolic of accomplishments in Studio 2B, scouting, and community activities, as you grow and work to better your life and the lives of others. The first four requirements of the Silver Award help you build skills, explore careers, gain leadership skills, and make a commitment to improving yourself. The final activity, the Silver Award Project can be undertaken when the first four requirements are completed.
Here
is where we currently stand on Silver Award requirements:

3 IPPs - Any three interest project patches from the Cadette IPP book can be earned toward the Silver Award.
Cadette Challenge - As a member of Studio 2B, you are challenged to be the best possible person you can be. This involves knowing yourself, relating to others, developing values, contributing to your community, and being knowledgable about your Studio 2B team and history. These form the basis of the Cadette Challenge.
Dreams to Reality - This part of the project is all about career exploration. What do you dream about doing when you grow up? How can you make that dream a reality? We'll be working on this part in a workshop this year, too.
Leadership Award - The Leadership Award requires you to participate in experiences that strengthen leadership skills. Here's where we currently stand on achieving our leadership award. The girls in S2B 4182 are accomplishing this award through their planning committees and planning S2B events for the year.

Service Project - When the first four accomplishments have been achieved, each girl (either individually, or with a group) needs to plan and carry out a service project. The minimum requirements are 30 hours.
