The Granite State Chapter of the Society for Clinical Coding is a member driven organization designed to educate and support coding staff and supervisors throughout the state of New Hampshire.  The Society is affiliated with the New Hampshire Health Information Management Association and is committed to providing a forum for education, networking and professional growth in the coding profession.
What is a Network Round Table Meeting?  A Network Round Table Meeting is a half-day educational session that generally consists of one or two hour long presentations followed by a networking luncheon.  The presentations may be clinical presentations by a physician or other health care professional or specifically related to coding and compliance issues.  The networking luncheon is provided as an opportunity to discuss coding scenarios and issues, while enjoying a bag lunch and talking with your colleagues.  The registration fee for the meeting is $10.00 for SCC members and $15.00 for Non-SCC members.  Attendees should bring coding books and are encouraged to submit coding questions or scenarios in advance of the meeting.  Continental breakfast and lunch are provided!
How do I obtain information on up-coming Round Table Meetings?  If you  are reading this, you have already found one way to obtain the most current information on meetings.  In addition to the web site, an announcement and registration form is sent to all SCC and NHHIMA members as well as to anyone who has requested to receive mailings.  If you would like to be added to the mailing list or have updated information, please forward it to:

How do I become a member of the Granite State Chapter of the Society of Clinical Coding?  To become a member of the GS-SCC you need to become a member of the National Society for Clinical Coding.  For more additional membership information refer to the SCC web site:  www.sccoding.org

Do I have to be a member of the National SCC be involved in the Granite State Chapter of the Society for Clinical Coding?  NO.  Anyone interested in the topic materials is welcome to participate in GS-SCC activities and meetings. SCC members receive reduced registration fees for most GS-SCC sponsord meetings and activities..
