Troop 167 Girls’
Responsibilities
- General
- Check
for e-mail messages at least twice a week.
- Check
troop folder every week.
- Phone
numbers and e-mail addresses of troop members are not to be shared with
anyone else.
- Behavior
and Consequences
- Act
appropriately during troop meetings and events.
- Shoes
must be worn at all times.
- Show
respect to all adults and troop members.
- Only
one person should be talking at a time.
- Meetings
will be started with a bell ringing.
If there is any disturbance during the meeting,
- The
silent signal will be given and activities will not restart until order
is restored
- A
whistle blast will be given for the second warning.
- The
third time the meeting is interrupted, all activities will be stopped
and girls will read their Handbooks until parents arrive for pick-up
- Any
act of physical contact will result in an immediate call home.
- Pets,
hammock, basketball hoop, and tetherball are off limits.
- Only
enter the house to use the bathroom.
All bedrooms are off limits.
- Meetings
- Wear
uniform to every meeting.
- Bring
Junior book set and Troop binder to every
meeting.
- Arrive
to troop meetings on time.
- Help
patrol with the assigned jobs.
- Bring
25˘ to every troop meeting for YEAF (Year End Activity Fund)
- Clean
up snack area after eating and throw away all garbage.
- Field
Trips
- Review
permission slips for field trips and activities with parents and turn it on
time with fees. If there are
not enough drivers, those who turn permission slips in late will not be
able to attend.
- Wear
the proper clothes listed on the permission slip.
- Bring
any items listed on the permission slip.
- Arrive
at the meeting place on time.
- Stay
with my “buddy” at all times.
- Stay
within eye-site of adult chaperones.
- Overnights/Camping
- Double-check
my personal equipment list to be sure I have all items I need.
- Arrive
at the meeting place on time.
- Stay
with my “buddy” at all times.

- Do
the jobs assigned to me (cooking, cleaning, etc.).
